Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aether Canvas. We take pride in offering one-of-a-kind artwork, crafted and curated with care. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused

In the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging (if applicable)

Returned with proof of purchase
Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days. No exceptions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Digital or downloadable artwork

Commissioned or personalized pieces

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Artworks damaged due to mishandling by the customer
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We reserve the right to grant partial refunds in cases such as:

Artwork returned not in original condition

Missing components not due to our error

Returns postmarked more than 30 days after delivery (case-by-case basis)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If your refund is rejected, we’ll notify you with the reason.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or credit card statement again

Contact your card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If this applies, please email us at sales@aethercanvas.com with photos and order details.

To return your item, mail it to:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the return is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.
